        How many blocks do I need to level your vehicle?

        The number of blocks needed to level depends on various factors. This includes how unlevel the ground is, the size of your vehicle and the number/configuration of tires you have.

        How much weight can the blocks withstand?

        Lynx Levelers can withstand up to 40,000 lbs.

        Are Lynx Levelers compatible with vehicles other than RVs?

        Lynx Levelers work with any vehicle with tires that require leveling! They’ve been spotted under food trucks, news vans, offroading trucks and even boat/trailer hitches!

        What’s the difference between the Stop ‘N Chock and the Chock ‘R Dock?

        The Stop ‘N Chock (00018) is used as a wheel guide and helps situate your RV easily and accurately. It is used together with the Lynx Levelers and cannot be used independently since it has a step underneath that interlocks with the levelers. The Chock ‘R Dock (00030W) is also a wheel chock, which can be used independently to chock your RV tires but also can be used to stabilize and secure your boat and/or trailer since it has a hollow well in the middle of it.

        How high can I stack the levelers for leveling and stabilizing? 

        For leveling in a pyramid, we do not recommend any higher than 5.5 inches (5 levelers). For stabilizing, we do not recommend stacking any higher than 8.5 inches (8 levelers).

        Are there any surfaces that are not recommended for the levelers?

        Lynx Levelers should work well on all surfaces except muddy ground that is prone to sinking. We also recommend checking for any large rocks that may be directly underneath the levelers before placing them on the ground. This is because undue pressure caused by large rocks may cause stress marks or breakage.

        I have some levelers and chocks that were not manufactured by Tri-Lynx. Can I pair them with my Lynx products and use them together?

        Lynx products are tested for strength and usability for exclusive use with other Lynx products. Therefore, we do not recommend pairing them with other brands (or wood and stones) as we cannot guarantee safe usage.

        How long does it take for an order to be processed and delivered?

        From the date that you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days processing time. Delivery times are dependent on the type of shipping method  selected when the order was placed and the shipping location.

        I forgot to register my warranty within the first 30 days. Am I still eligible to create a warranty claim?

        Things happen! In a situation like this, please e-mail us at info@trilynx.com explaining your circumstances and we will try our best to accommodate. 

        I bought my product on Amazon, Walmart or another retailer. Who would I claim my warranty from and how?

        Lynx products purchased through any retailer are eligible for warranty. All claims must go through Tri-Lynx Corporation directly. You can file a claim here.

        I bought my product on Amazon, Walmart, Canadian Tire or another retailer. Can I return my product to Tri-Lynx directly? 

        Any product that is not purchased directly from our website cannot be returned or exchanged through us. You must deal directly with the retailer you purchased from, since Tri-Lynx has no control over transactions between customers and third-party retailers.

        I received the wrong product from Amazon, Walmart or another retailer. Can Tri-Lynx help me resolve this issue?

        I received a discount code from Tri-Lynx via E-Mail and/or on the website. Can I redeem the discount with another retailer, such as Walmart or Amazon? 

        Any discount code issued by Tri-Lynx is only redeemable on Trilynx.com. For a coupon/discount to be applicable to a third-party retailer, it must be issued and shown clearly on their own website.

        What are your hours of operation?

        Tri-Lynx is open Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm MST. We are closed on Canadian and US stat holidays.

        Absolutely! We are always happy to bring new vendors on board, however, we do thorough background checks and use our due diligence before bringing any vendor on board.
