        RETURNS AND REFUNDS

        Our refund/return policy is 30 days. 

        To be eligible for a return within 30 days of receiving the item(s), they must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

        To complete your refund, we require the item(s) be shipped back to us at the purchasers expense.

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if the return conditions are met it will be processed to your credit card, typically within 3-5 days.

        ALL refunds do not include the cost of shipping, and the amount returned will be the exact amount that was used to purchase the item(s). 

        Any Purchase of a Tri-Lynx product through a third party seller will NOT be eligible to receive a refund.  ONLY products purchased through Trilynx.com or Lynxlevelers.com are eligible for a refund. 

        Price Matching

        We offer the ability to purchase through the manufacturer directly. However, we do not guarantee that the manufacturers price will be the lowest. As such we do not offer price matching within our own supply chain.  

        Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

        If you haven’t received a refund yet and it's been more than 5 days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

        If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@trilynx.com.

        Sale Items (if applicable)

        Items will be returned at the buyers shipping expense, at the original purchase price, including any potential extra promotional items that may have been including in addition to the purchase.


        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary and could take up to 10 business days.


        Exchanges (if applicable)

        We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@trilynx.com.


        If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


        If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

        Shipping

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

        If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
